What's Growth Lab? ...

Every month, we accept a handful of practices to work one-on-one with me for 60 days with the primary goal of ...

Building an insanely Profitable, Impactful, and Time-Rich, 7-figure practice, (or adding multiple six figures to practices already 7 figures) ..

To achieve that, we need 3 core pillars:

  • New patients every week, that

  • Commit to care

  • Who stay and refer

How The Growth Lab Works...

Phase 1: First 60 days

The first 2 months will be very “tactical”. The goal is simple: Make sure that we get you enough new patients or reactivated patients converted in the next 60 days, so that your “inner circle” membership (phase 2) is MORE THAN paid for for the entire year! (pretty cool hey!)

Side note: The last 10 growth lab members generated an average of 27 extra new patents in 60 days! That's enough ROI to pay for my inner circle programme for 2 years (in the first 60 days)

We start with a 1:1 Growth Map Session, where I will: Get clear on your 12-month target and decide the most important quick win strategies for your first 60 days

Then we will use four strategic BONUSES, exclusive to growth lab members, to make this happen…

Bonus #1:

Reactivation Campaign Implementation - “Selfishly”, I want to focus on fast implementation “, low hanging fruit” so that we get my programme paid for for the entire year. My automation team will make sure you have your first reactivation “credit campaign” ready to go by helping you fast-track the copy and build out. (+60 days access to a free DC funnels CRM if you don't have a CRM)

Bonus #2:

Once momentum is in place, we get strategic.

  1. We focus on implementing your New Patient Attraction Pillars (NPATM System, Nurture System, Authority Framework) to ensure a reliable, consistent flow of ready-to-buy patients every week!

  2. Optimising your Conversion Pillars (AICCTM, Money Matters, Care Planning) so that cashflow and visits continue rise!

  3. And build out your Retention Pillars (8x relationship multipliers, clinical outcomes protocols, Structure Tools). This is really what builds a “playful” practice!

The Goal:

Every 6 weeks, we map your next execution cycle.

We: Identify the current bottleneck, choose the next system to install, and execute with accountability

Additionally, you’ll get: Live Events, Weekly Guidance andFfeedback, Group Strategy Calls, Workshops, Hot Seats, and Implementation Sessions.

How We Start

We kick things off with an onboarding strategy call in the first week.

That’s when we design your Gameplan and decide the most important money-getting actions you’ll implement in our first 8-week cycle together.

We make it easy to get started and get ROI quickly.

The Investment

Your first month is just $500 $1000.

The second month is $750 $1000.

Then $1000 a month thereafter.

After that, we’ll go month to month, as long as you’re loving it and making progress. This is intentionally structured to make it easy to start and low risk.

It pays for itself in the first 60 days.

The 60-Day “Love It or Leave It” Period

The first 60 days are a true trial. By the end of that window, we’ll both know if this is a fit.

If at any point during those first 2 months something doesn’t feel right, we'll just tear up the agreement and walk away as friends.

Only if we are BOTH happy after the first 60 days, we move into the next phase and build the practice of your dreams over the next 9 months.

If your application isn't accepted, or after the “right fit” onboarding call, either of us feels the programme isn't a good fit, we’ll refund your $500 deposit immediately, let you know what to work on, and point you in the right direction.
