The goal is simple:

Profitable – High margins are what we are looking for. Time margins AND profit margins. Profit without time sucks. Time without profit sucks. We want margin in both time and money because that's something you can do for years.

How The Growth Lab Works...
Phase 1: First 60 days
The first 3 months will be very “tactical”. The goal is simple: Make sure we get you at least 15 new patients/reactivations converted in the next 60 days, so that your “inner circle” membership is MORE THAN paid for for the entire year! (pretty cool hey!)
We start with a 1:1 Growth Map Session, where I will: Get clear on your 12-month target and decide the most important quick win strategies for your first 60 days
Then we will use four strategic steps to make this happen…
Digital Marketing Deep Dive one-on-one Guidance! My unfair advantage is that I also own a digital marketing agency, and one of my media buyers/agency account managers will “peak” into your facebook add account and drop at least one facebook add strategy in there for you to just push “go”.
Reactivation Campaign Implementation - “Selfishly”, I want to focus on fast implementation “, low hanging fruit” so that we get my programme paid for for the entire year. My automation team will make sure you have your first reactivation “credit campaign” ready to go by helping you fast-track the copy and build out. (+60 days access to a free DC funnels CRM if you don't have a CRM)

“Quick Wins” monthly growth strategy call with Ryan every month for 60 days
Additionally, you will also have access to all the group calls and the membership site with over 300 training sessions (but don’t start that yet; it will overwhelm you, and our goal is to get the “whelm” just right in the first 60 days with our help).

Every 6 weeks, we map your next execution cycle.

How We Start....
We kick things off in the first week of May.
That’s when we design your Gameplan and decide the most important money-getting actions you’ll implement in our first 6-week cycle together.

Your first month is just $500.
The second month is $750.
Then $1000 a month for the following 10 months (12 months total).
After that, we’ll go month to month, as long as you’re loving it and making progress. This is intentionally structured to make it easy to start and low risk.
It pays for itself in the first 60 days.
The 60-Day “Love It or Leave It” Period
The first 60 days are a true trial. By the end of that window, we’ll both know if this is a fit.
If at any point during those first three months something doesn’t feel right, we'll just tear up the agreement and walk away as friends. Only if we are BOTH happy after the first 60 days, we move into the next phase and build the practice of your dreams over the next 9 months.
